Okay my newest addition was born by C-section on December 3, 2009. She is now 3 months old and doing better. Her first Christmas was an eventful one, she started it out with her Nanna and Grandpa Falkner. Grandpa Falkner got her a brand new Christmas dress(pictures on my page) then it was off to see the extended family...ie Great Grandparents and such. After all that she visited her Papa and Grandma Kelley. When then called it a day or so we thought, we arrived home about 3:30 or 4 that evening and by 8 or so found that something was wrong my my baby. She was then bundled up the best we could, he poor little shoulder made her scream in pain, and taken into Davis Hospital and Medical Center. After a really rough 4-6 hours there and many x-rays and tests later they told us that there was nothing they could do and that they were transporting her by ambulance to Primary Childrens Medical Center. Hailey and I arrived in the ambulance around 2:30am, and were taken into the Emergency area. After more testing and x-rays they told Mike and I that they were going to keep her at the hospital for a few days. Mind you that this all started Thursday night and now it was Friday morning, neither Mike or I had slept since about 1 am Thursday morning. So at about 7 am Friday, My 3 week old was admitted to the Infant Surgical Intensive Care area of the hospital. The following Monday we were finally able to hold her without wires and take her home, but the doctors were unable to explain why she was sick or if it could come back.

She has had moments of pain since then but nothing as bad as that. Her totals for this whole event are 30+ X-rays, 1 MRI, 1 Spinal/Lumbar punch, 3 Different IV ports, 6 different Antibiotic push drugs, 6+ blood draws for testing(we were so tired that we don't know if there were more than that, we both passed out) and not being held for more than feeding for 4 days.

I have never stopped classes, even when I was recovering from the C-section, but now have returned to the campus for them instead of going to on-line courses.
Mike is still working just as hard as ever, and loves making his beautiful daughter smile.
Brodie is gearing up for his birthday, he turns 3 in about a month, and has an attitude to match his age. Hailey is no longer my baby but his, he calls her his baby, I am glad they get along so well but am still stressed have to children so young and so close together.

All and all we are all happy and healthy.
